Organizational Council Meeting
December 1, 2007
The Village of Evendale held a Organizational Council Meeting at 8:00 pm on December 1, 2007. The meeting was called to order by Mayor Don Apking. Upon roll call, the following members were present: Mr. John Ranz, Mr. Bill Puthoff, Jr., Mr. Stiney Vonderhaar, Mr. Doug Lohmeier and Mrs. Carolyn Smiley-Robertson. Mr. Jeff Albrinck was absent and excused. Also present was the Village Clerk, Michelle Ficke.
The Village Clerk administered the Oath of Office to Mayor Don Apking. Mayor Don Apking administered the oath of office to councilmembers Mrs. Carolyn Smiley-Robertson, Mr. Bill Puthoff, Jr., and newly elected Mr. John H. Ranz, Jr.
Other items:
There being no further business to come before council, Mayor Apking asked for a motion to adjourn. A motion to adjourn was made by Mr. Puthoff seconded by Mr. Ranz and unanimously approved. Council adjourned at 8:09 pm.
